COTTON AND FIBER BLOWING CARD
FT218 WEIGHT SEPARATOR
This machine is used in blowing-carding production line and suited for processing each kind of raw cotton . It is placeded at the exit of multi-mixer to remove weight and trash in cotton by use of centrifugal force produced during cotton current direction change. Weight and trash can be cleaned periodically.
MAIN FEATURES
FT218 weight separator is made up of bended square channel and magenet box etc. It is featured by:
☆ The front of U shape grid is open to enhance big trash dropping efficiency.
☆ Air compensation under grid is adjustable to ensure smooth cotton current transportation.
☆ Efficiently remove iron trash by use of cotton current direction change and high strength magenet.
☆ It is featured by simple structure and free of dynamic for trash removement.
MACHINE ERECTION AND ADJUSTMENT
☆ While ererction, connect this machine and the cotton output duct of multi-mixser with bolts.
☆ The static pressure in cotton exit is about -300Pa. Noil reducton is adjusted through adjusting the up/down position of air compensation plate to ensure normal cotton transportation.
