JWF1213 WIDE CARDING MACHINE

  JWF1213 is the latest model of broad high-production carding machine, developed by Sino Machine Group,CHTC QTM Its design is based on the concept of high production, high efficiency, high quality and low energy-consumption. Its higher production and more stable running rely on the extensive application of hi-tech material and extraordinary adjustment of the core-carding area. The production of JWF1213 can reach 160kg/h maximally and its maximum sliver delivery speed reaches 320m/min. With working width increased to 1.28m, the required machine quantity reduces; correspondingly the less-consuming land, labor and energy greatly save the investment cost. JWF1213 has a more application in spinning with a higher stable performance.

DUST FILTERING SYSTEM

The nep online-monitoring device, a sensing system used on the carding machine, can take photos of the doffer cotton web via the reciprocating camera, analysis and processing of the image accurately and timely reflect the detecting of the nep quantity of the sliver, and the results are shown on the touch screen of the carding machine

THE NEW MIXED LOOP AUTOLEVELLER

CORE OF SLIVER CV

The new mixed loop autoleveller, exclusively used for the directional feeding design,can detect the batt thickness variation by use of precision vertex noncontact sensor to control fiber in short term and realize the control of fiber in long term via detecting sliver thickness variation, reaching the open–close loop control. The inverter motor also enhances the driving precision and sliver CV value.

NEW TYPE CHUTE FEEDER—JWF1177

☆ New type chute feeder, with a bigger capacity, supplies cotton stably and improves sliver evenness and weight regularity efficiently. The top chute feeder is equipped with the open-type view-window and easy to maintain.

☆ Air is circling inside the chute feeder, making batt more even and stable. The new type sealing structure avoids cotton blocks efficiently.

☆ Feeding plate is pressurized by spring so fiber is held elastically. Distance between feeding plate and feeding roller is automatically adjusted according to batt thickness.
